How to log in and access your account

Learn how to access your Coming Home account and what to do if you are unable to log in.

Before you log in

To access Coming Home, you must first be added to your organization’s account by an Organization Administrator.

If you have not been added yet, contact your Organization Administrator before trying to log in.

 

How to log in

  1. Go to the Coming Home web platform.




  2. Enter the email address associated with your Coming Home account.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click on Log in.

After logging in, you will be taken to the Coming Home web platform.

 

First-time access

If this is your first time accessing Coming Home, make sure you are using the same email address your Organization Administrator used to create your account.

If you did not receive login instructions or cannot access your account, contact your Organization Administrator to confirm that your account has been created with the correct email address.

 

If you cannot log in

If you are having trouble accessing your account, check the following:

  • Make sure you are using the correct email address.
  • Confirm that your account has already been created by your Organization Administrator.
  • Check that your password was entered correctly.
  • If you cannot remember your password, select "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to receive reset instructions via email.
