# How to log in and access your account

## Learn how to access your Coming Home account and what to do if you are unable to log in.

### Before you log in

To access Coming Home, you must first be added to your organization’s account by an **Organization Administrator**.

If you have not been added yet, contact your **Organization Administrator** before trying to log in.

 

### How to log in

1. Go to the [Coming Home web platform](https://www.cominghomeapp.com/auth/sign-in).

2. Enter the email address associated with your Coming Home account.
3. Enter your password.
4. Click on **Log in**.

After logging in, you will be taken to the **Coming Home** web platform.

### First-time access

If this is your first time accessing **Coming Home**, make sure you are using the same email address your **Organization Administrator** used to create your account.

If you did not receive login instructions or cannot access your account, contact your **Organization Administrator** to confirm that your account has been created with the correct email address.

 

### If you cannot log in

If you are having trouble accessing your account, check the following:

- Make sure you are using the correct email address.
- Confirm that your account has already been created by your **Organization Administrator**.
- Check that your password was entered correctly.
- If you cannot remember your password, select **"Forgot Password"** link on the login screen to receive reset instructions via email.
