Before you begin
Ensure you are logged into your account and have the appropriate permissions to view the sections you need.
Locate the Quick Navigation Sidebar on the left side of your screen.
How To Navigate The Platform

Click Dashboard on the left hand side bar to view your daily operational overview, including key metrics and urgent clients.

Click Programs to see a structured list of programs, services, or curricula, and the clients enrolled in them.

Click Clients to access your active and archived caseload, from where you can access individual Client Toolkits.

Click Assistances to track and review services provided at the organization, program, or client level.

Click IdentityArc™ to manage your menu Challenges, Goals, and Tasks assigned to your clients.

Click Learning Paths to manage videos, and e-learning resources for your clients to access via the app.

Click Safety Resources to see the available resources (hospitals, partner organizations, police stations, etc) your clients can access via the app.

Click Settings to manage user access (if you have an Organization Admin role), custom assistance types, and organizational information.
Result: You will be able to smoothly transition between different features and find the information you need to support your clients.
Tips / Best Practices

Use the search bars available within the Clients, Programs, and Assistances dashboards to quickly locate specific records.
The features visible in your sidebar depend on your user role. For example: Law Enforcement / Advocate users will not see the Dashboard or Settings tabs.
You can always return to the main overview by clicking the Dashboard tab, unless restricted by your role.
