How to set up your profile
Learn how to review and update your Coming Home profile information.
Why your profile matters
Your profile helps identify you within your organization’s Coming Home account. Keeping your profile information up to date helps your team know who is managing client records, assignments, notes, and other care-related activity.
How to access your profile
- Log in to the Coming Home web platform.
- Select the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select User Profile.
- Review your profile information.
How to update your profile

Click on "Edit"
- From your profile page, click on the "Edit" button.

You can edit your information such as:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Profile photo
- Password
- Select "Save changes" to apply your edits. If you leave the page before saving, your changes may not be applied.
To update your email address, contact your Organization Administrator.
