The Coming Home mobile app includes secure messaging between clients and their care provider or support team. Clients send messages from the mobile app, and providers receive and respond to those messages from the web platform/CCMS. This creates a connected communication loop between the client app and the provider workflow. ### Who Can Message Clients 1. **Organization Administrators and Team Members** - Can message any client assigned to them - Receive notifications when a client sends a new message 2. **Clients** - Can message their assigned care provider from the mobile app - Cannot message other clients or team members outside their care team   ### How to Message a Client 1. Type and send your message. 5.
