Dashboard Overview
Learn how to use the Dashboard to review key activity and understand what needs attention across your organization.
What is the Dashboard?
The Dashboard is the main landing page of the Coming Home web platform. It gives you a quick overview of your organization’s activity, including active clients, active programs, new assistances, new referrals, and clients marked as urgent.
Use the Dashboard as a starting point to understand what may need attention before reviewing more detailed records in other areas of the platform.
What data is on the Dashboard?
If your organization is new to Coming Home or has not entered much data yet, some Dashboard sections may show zero results or no records.

The Active clients card shows the total number of clients currently marked as active. This number is updated daily.
Active programs
The Active programs card shows the number of programs currently active in your organization. This number is updated daily.
New assistances
The New assistances card shows the number of assistances created in the last 7 days.
New referrals

Urgent clients
