Program Dashboard Overview

Understand how program dashboards provide a clear view of participation, services, and activity within each program.

What this feature does

Each program includes a dedicated dashboard that provides a centralized view of program activity, participation, and services delivered.

This allows teams to quickly understand how a program is performing and how clients are engaged within it.

What you’ll find in a program dashboard

Program information

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see a summary of key program details:

  • Program Name
  • Status (Active or Inactive)
  • Start Date
  • End Date (if applicable)
  • Funding Source(s)
  • Created By (team member)
  • Created On (date the program was added to the system)

Enrolled clients

This section displays all clients participating in the program.

For each client, you can view:

  • Client Name
  • Enrollment Status
  • Start Date in Program
  • End Date in Program

This helps you track who is currently active in the program and monitor participation over time.

Assistances

This section shows all services delivered within the program.

Each record includes:

  • Client who received the service
  • Assistance Type
  • Provided By
  • Date Provided
  • Amount (if applicable)

This allows you to track service delivery and understand how support is being provided within the program.

Why this matters

The program dashboard helps you:

  • Monitor client participation
  • Track services delivered within a program
  • Understand program activity at a glance
  • Maintain visibility across teams and services

Summary

Program dashboards bring together client participation and service delivery in one place, making it easier to manage, track, and understand program performance.
