What is an Organization Administrator

An Organization Administrator is the primary leader within an organization on the platform.
They manage users, programs, clients, and data within their organization.

Important:
Their access is limited to their own organization. They cannot view or manage other organizations.

What Organization Administrators can do

Organization Management

View and edit organization settings
Manage organization users (add, edit, archive, unarchive)

User & File Management

Edit team member and their own profile
Upload, edit, view, and delete files
Download files

Program & Client Management

Create and manage programs
View all programs and program profiles
Add and assign clients
Manage enrollments, assessments, and assistance
View all clients within their organization
Create notes and assignments

Data & Reporting

Export organizational data
Create, run, and download reports
Access full client data for reporting

Resources & Features

View shared safety resources (read-only)
Add and Access Identity Arc, Jobs, and Learning paths modules
Use chat features (view and start conversations)

What Organization Administrators cannot do

Access or view other organizations’ data
Manage users from other organizations
Create new organizations
Create or edit shared resources (view only)

Result

Organization Administrators can fully manage their organization’s users, programs, and data, while maintaining secure boundaries between organizations.

Why Use Organization Administrator?

Use Organization Admin for people who lead your organization and need to manage all aspects of your programs and staff. This is typically the role for your executive director or program manager. Most organizations will have 1-3 Organization Admins.
