A Law Enforcement / Advocate user is an external stakeholder who can access specific client information shared with them. This role is designed to support collaboration with external partners while maintaining strict control over data access.

What Law Enforcement / Advocates can do
Limited Access
- View their own user profile (not other team members)
- View client profiles (only those shared with them)
- Add and view assistance records
- View assistance records they created
- Use chat features (view and start conversations)
What Law Enforcement / Advocates cannot do
- Cannot view organization settings
- Cannot access all clients (only assigned/shared clients)
- Cannot create or manage programs
- Cannot create enrollments or assessments
- Cannot create or edit client records
- Cannot delete any records
- Cannot export data
- Cannot create or view reports
- Cannot manage files
- Cannot view other organization users
- Cannot manage organizational functions
Why Use Law Enforcement/Advocate?
Use LE/Advocate for external partners and stakeholders who need very limited access to specific client information. This role provides transparency and collaboration with external agencies while protecting your organization's data and client privacy.
It's the most restrictive role and should be used when external parties need to see specific client information but should not have broad system access.
